Answers:
For the great majority of men, orgasm and ejaculation (emission of semen) happen together!. Some men have learned to separate the two, and have an orgasm without ejaculation, but it's extremely difficult because male reproductive anatomy has been continuously evolving to ensure and reward ejaculation!. There are no reports that those orgasms are any more satisfying than the ones that include ejaculation!. Young boys who are too young to produce any seminal fluid can also have orgasms, and it is thought that theirs are like those of girls or women!.
In adult males the orgasm involves the same feelings or well-being and excitement familiar to the female, and these can radiate throughout the body!. The male tends to be most aware of sensation arising from the penis, and also from the testicles and anus if they are being stimulated!. The penis usually erects to its maximum size just before and during ejaculation!. There is a reflexive urge to thrust the hips forward several times, if feasable, during the orgasm!. This is accompanied by clenching of other muscles throughout the body (this can be supressed at times)!. There are a series of involuntary rhythmic contractions of several sets of internal muscles that bring the fluids composing the semen together and expel them through the penis!. If these muscles are well-developed, the semen can be driven a few feet into the air if nothing stops it!. Many men stay fairly quiet during orgasm, but some like to cry out as much as women do!. After ejaculation is complete, there is a feeling of rest and relief, and usually a feeling of sleepiness caused by melatonin!. Some men have a feeling of hypersensitivity involving all or part of the penis just after orgasm!. There is a period after orgasm during which another is impossible (the refractory period)!. This varies from a few minutes to longer periods depending on the man!. Usually the erection goes away at this time, but the penis may remain erect or partially erect in some men!. Men will not have a series of orgasms in quick succession, as women are known to do on occasion (although boys who do not ejaculate might be able to manage it)!. Once ejaculation begins in the male, involuntary control takes over to complete the operation, even if the man stops or is stopped from continuing whatever sexual activity brought about the orgasm (example - a boy surprised by someone walking in during the climax of his masturbation)!. It's my understanding that women in the midst of orgasm can cut it short completely!. A man may get lightheaded after orgasm if he hyperventilates or holds his breath beforehand, but it's not inevitable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Some of the other answers are good, but there is a difference between circumcised men and intact men!.

The intact (uncircumcised) man has a much more intense orgasm, which is almost unbearably great, and the circumcised guy has a much lower (at least 50-75% less) intensity climax!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
