I doubt it's sore as much as sensitive!. With an uncircumcised penis, sex can be very pleasurable, but if his foreskin retracts enough for his head to be visible, the unusual friction will cause both pleasure, but at the same time be very sensitive!. i think that the problem could be that he is not circumcised!. they say that if you are not circumcised it is easier to get an infection and that might be the case!. if so he just needs to clean under the foreskin when he takes a showerWww@Answer-Health@Com
