What's the best way to get a full body workout with only a dumbell?!


Question: What's the best way to get a full body workout with only a dumbell!?
My routine often includes!.!.

Perfected Bicep Curls - Biceps / Forearm
Reverse Crunches and Ab Bridge - Abdominals
Push-Ups - Chest
Backward Push-Ups - Triceps
Treadmill - Cardio

I need to work on some forearm exercises and some lower body exercises!. I also need some back exercises!. Any advice to my routine or adding to it!? Remember, I only have a dumbell and can't get out to a full service gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a long time boxer and muay thai guy so I only use dumbbells and body work outs!. Snatches are probably the best type of full body work out, push presses, 2 arms versions of stuff and one arms versions ect!. ect!.!. Use a weighted vest and jump rope for 3min x 5 for cardio or HITT running!. Anytime you do push ups or pull ups, use a weighted vest, 20lbs is perfect!. Hit your abs atleast 3 times a day!.
