Question: How to avoid heat in the kitchen!?
I work as the dishwasher at a restaurant and its so hot in there!. How can i avoid the heat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wet a side towel and keep it around your neck!. you can keep a little stash in the walk-in (if chef lets you) and take little breaks in the walk in cooler or freezer!.if you wear a hat you could wet it too and cool it off in the freezer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I'm not sure if this is possible!? Get a water bottle!. Freeze it over night (fill with water first)!. Drink when your not working!. That could help!? Walk in the freezer (or by it) if you can!. Put a cold towel around you neck!. Hope this helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
