just use normal gilette shaving cream and shaver :)
but yes, a facial hair shaver should work as well,
do use shaving cream though! best choice is WAXING though!. don't use hair removal creams unless you KNOW it'll work on you, many just cause skin irritation!.

honestly, girls have absolutely no problem with chest hair!. some are even attracted to it!.
usually, younger girls don't like it, but from 16 on , girls have no problem with it /like it!.
