Twitch on part of my hand?!

Question: Twitch on part of my hand!?
Last night I noticed the part of my right hand all the way to the right, below the pinkie, was twitching!. It still is today, though not as bad!. It's like that part of the hand that feels like it's all fat and I'm guessing nerves, like there's no bone!. When it twitches my pinkie sometimes moves to the right, too!. Why is it happening!? How do I stop it!? Don't know if it matters but I'm 17!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had the same thing a few weeks ago too on my ring finger!. It went on for a week!.

Then, I did a bit of research on the internet and found out that sometimes muscle twitch is due to lack of potassium!. So I started to eat a banana a day for a few days!. It worked !

Anyway, I'm not a doctor or anything so take this for what its worth!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
