What are some good sit-up exercises to get rid of a Cheeseburger Belly?!


Question: What are some good sit-up exercises to get rid of a Cheeseburger Belly!?
I've already started walking 2 miles a day and lifting weights to help out in my effort to look good on the beaches of San Diego!. All I need is a few good exercises to flatten out my stomach!. Got any ideas!? Something simple!. I know I won't loose the gutt over night!. Thanks!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

most importantly you just need alot of cardio exercise to burn it off!. Nothing else will really work!. You can tone your abdominal muscles as much as you want, but if there is a layer of fat covering it, its a waste of time!. But the best exercise with using equipment or weights, is the leg lifts!. Its when you lay flat on your back, and keeping your knees straight, lift your feet in the air until your body is in a 90 degree angle, hold it a few seconds, then slowly let it down!. Start with 20 a rep and work your way up!. Another good one if you have a pull up bar or something is to hang on it and bring your knees up to your chest keeping your arms straight!. Spot reducing does not work!. Aerobic exercise like jogging and brisk walking, dancing daily for at least 1/2 hour is required!. Yoga postures help!.

High protein veggie diet -- beans, pulses, dal & rice, fresh veggies cooked lightly, fresh fruits eaten raw!. Some milk, cheese & butter!. Not too much bread!.

Cut out sugary sweets, coca-cola and all soda pop, chocolates, meat, heavy sauces and dressings!.
