There is a surgery that releases the ligament that holds the position of the base of the penis!.
About one third or more of the penis is under the Dude, and going up inside the body to the prostrate gland at it's base, and then the bladder!. There is a ligament that holds that position!.

yes it is true that you can have surgery to enlarge your penis!. Just know that it will only add 1 to 1 1/2 inches to you penis!. You can also have silicone injected to your penis to make it fatter!.
