Question: How long does it take for the muscle to rebuild!?
watup folks! just wanted to know!.!.!.after hard workouts about how long does it take for the muscular fibres to rebuild and build more muscles after rest!? thx!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was on the Seal Teams in Viet Nam - we trained hard every day in BUD/S - our routine rotated daily - the thought was, small muscle group one day - next day, large muscle group - next day back to small muscle group - and so on - - - supposedly, if you are on an intense work out - the muscles need one day to recoop - then you smack 'em again - but like I say, this was intense - dunno what your workout is like, but we got big guns fast this wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is a good question
As far as i am aware there 2 answers!.!. The muscle will take 3 to 5weeks to fully repair and grow (given the right nourishment)
However, the muscle can be trainned again usualy after 3 days (or when it is no longer soar when pressure is exerted upon the muscle in question)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first answer it quite accurate, however, you need to workout catering towards your bodytype!. If you are a hardgainer then you need more rest than another, more genetically gifted person!.
