A dark line on my penis?!


Question: A dark line on my penis!?
There is dark ling growing from the ball sack (the line is the same colour as my ball sack) to the tip of my forskin!. (i'm twelve) I didn't see it before so i'm guessing it's something to do with puberty but the video we watched didnt metion this!.
