bench is not determined by your appearance cause im 6'3 and 235 i havent workout in months and i am just starting back up again cause im lazy and all i can get (when i first started was 145) so body weight doesnt mean you cant lift 200 pounds!.!.!.did you just start working out or what!? it depends i know guys that weigh your weight and can lift 200 pounds so body weight doesnt determine it!.!.!.!.!.to get a big bench you need to workout 3-4 times a week and have correct form! practice practice practiceWww@Answer-Health@Com
It's depend on what your trying to do!. If you want to challenge yourself, you should start at your weight!. If your a body builder, you should do light weight, but many many many repetitions!. If you want to gain strength, you should try 135, and go higher!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well it kinda depends on ur size!. My friend weighed like 136 and could only do 95 but he was really tall!. My other friend like a midget weighed the same and could do nearly twice the weight mainly because he was alot shorter thus less motion of the arms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
