if ur serious get a doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com

EDITED: Ok you seem to be serious, so for real, you have to go to a doctor if you can't get it out!. The longer you wait, the worse it will be, and that HAS to be hurting him!. Forget the embarassment, it's either be embarassed, or get an infection and then go to the doctor and be even more embarassed!. He really has to go to the doctor!. There is NO WAY around it, unless you can get it out!. And it really can damage his penis!. This is what I have to say to him,
You were man enough to stick a toothpick in your penis, now be man enough to go to the doctor to get it taken out!.!.!.and then I would suggest not drinking anymore!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing to do if it's too far to pull it out with your fingers is to get a tweezers and gently insert it a small way to grasp the toothpick and pull it out!. Though it'll be a little painful, it's better than having it stuck in there!. After it's extracted, it may sting to urinate from a slight puncture, but it'll heal on it's own!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I suppose it's possible, a lot of people stick a lot of things where they don't belong!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

A trip to the ER is mandatory, or else permanent damage can result!. The ER staff has seen it all before; it's not as embarassing as having a lightbulb, flashlight, cell phone or pieces of fruit, etc!., stuck in the butt!.

Go there, get it overwith, and the ER staff will have another story of someone rather unintelligently putting another something in the wrong place!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LMFAO if your joking!.!.!.!.!.!.if ur not ur friend is in for a world of pain!.!.!.!.!.get him to a doc, where they will remove the toothpick from his urethra and assess the damage, lets just hope he doesn't have extensive damage, cuz he might have to get some surgery!.!.!.!.but i think ur joking so lolz, i laughed pretty hard at that questionWww@Answer-Health@Com

if this is seriously true give him some Advil and try to take it out like a tampon if he is in a ton of pain u HAVE TO BRING HIM TO THE DOCTORS sorry but it is really unhealthy for him

or just wait for him to take a pissWww@Answer-Health@Com

not a smart move he needs to go to the ER or the doctor to get it out it is going to hurt hopfully it doesnt splinter in there and cause an infection in the urethra!.
