its a skin condition called keratonin pilaris!. I believe that's the name!. Anyways!.!.!.
Its when the keratonin ( a protein that makes up your skin) builds up in your pores or hair follicles!. Its not life threatening!. And go ahead and scratch!. I scratch mine all the time and nothing happens!. There are products to take care of this, and you could exfoliate to get rid of the excess keratonin!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have you been outside w/in the past few days!? It sounds like it could be poison ivy or oak!. If tiny blisters form and they still itch, DON'T SCRATCH THEM!Www@Answer-Health@Com
