Is there a negative side to masturbation?!

Question: Is there a negative side to masturbation!?
Acne, sex problem, stress, depression, etc!? Yes!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Yes there actually are some negative side-effects to masturbation!.
If you do it too often then you are over masturbating!. You might ask "well how can you over masturbate!?" The answer, when you masturbate (for men) the end product is ejaculation, and ejaculation stimulates excessive acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous functions!.
This can result in over production of sex hormones and neuro-transmitters (the chemical substances that make your nerves send the messages to your body and brain) such as acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin!.
A large amount of these hormones and neurotransmitters causes the brain and the adrenal glands to perform excessive dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion!. This causes the brain and the body functions to become extremely sympathetic!. With over masturbation, there is actually a big change in the body chemistry!.
If this continues for a long period of time, physiological changes occur!. In simple terms, you become dopey and sleepy!. Your body and immune system can also become weaker!. This can lead to chronic fatigue, absentmindedness, concentration and memory problems, weaker erections, in some cases hair loss or thinning of hair, along with lower back pain and pain in the groin, testicles and/or pelvis!. You can also begin to get "eye floaters" or little lights or images that cross your vision and/or fuzzy vision due to excessive chemicals being released in the blood stream by your brain!. Plus if you masturbate too often and don't get enough nutrition you can actually become sterile, temporarily!. This is because sperm takes primarily zinc to make sperm and semen, if you don't have enough then you either don't create any or the mutation rate increases and you become sterile in the fact that none of the sperm could reach and properly fertilize an egg!.
So in all too much masturbation isn't good for your body, but reasonable masturbation is natural and has no real negative side-effects!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only thing is that if you were raised to believe masturbation is wrong, you might feel wrong or dirty afterward!. But, if spilling your seed was a sin, then why do we have wet dreams we can't control!?

There really isn't anything at all to worry about!. As long as it feels good and not painful, you are perfectly fine!. And masturbation does not cause acne, doesn't create sex problems (unless your masturbating is getting in the way of your relationship [which it shouldn't even if you do once a day or more]), and some actually find it to relieve stress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nope!. There are no negative effects!. It just relaxes you and relieves stress!. And there is no effect to your penis either!. Don't worry about it :D

I hope I have helped!
