How do I get more Protein into my daily meal?!


Question: How do I get more Protein into my daily meal!?
According to an website and in order to get the abs into an 6 pack, it says that you have to get more proteins!.

So how do i get more proteins in my meal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Alot of foods have protein in it!. Beef, hamburger patties, steak, and most cuts of beef!. All chicken pieces!. Pork, pork chop, pork loin or tenderloin, ham, and bacon!. Eggs and dairy, milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, and cheese!. Beans (including soy), tofu, soy milk, most beans (black, pinto, lentils, etc) soy beans, and split peas!. Nuts and seeds including peanut butter, almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans, sunflower, pumpkin, and flax seeds!. Veggies such as asparagus, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, sweetcorn, tomatoes, and watercress!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stick to a high protein diet and drink protein drinks in between, high protein foods are chicken,sardines,tuna, cheese especially cottage cheese,milk,beans,beef,fast foods!.!.!.!.

You can only get good abs with a high protein diet if you work out alot, do stomach crunches, sit ups etc!. Also do some cardio o trim down any unwanted fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You could use protein powder, eat beans and lean meats!.

I disagree with that website though!. Your abs will pop if they are toned (crunches, oblique crunches and leg lifts) and you have less that 10 percent body fat!. (Cardio & Diet)Www@Answer-Health@Com
