Question: I am having frequent muscle spasms!?
I AM 13 AND I HAVE BEEN HAVING FREQUENT MUSCLE SPASMS IN THE LOWER BACK!. I DON'T KNOW IF HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH PUBERTY, I HAVE ALSO JUST STARTED WORKING OUT!.!.HELPWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need potassium, because that helps build muscle!. If you have been working out, you nee to have that potassium to help build muscle and feed it so it can get stronger!. You can get it from Banannas, Peanut Butter, and fish!. There are potassium shakes, too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Perhaps your aren't getting enough potassium!? Try eating a banana occasionally!. (Like for breakfast!.) Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
