Yes, they all have it, but the amount varies quite a bit!. Some have more pre-ejaculate than semen, it seems, and others just have enough to clean out their urethras before ejaculating (its purpose), in which case they may only have a few drops actually come out, which usually isn't noticeable during sex or masturbation!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
