Question: What do you do if you get a really gnarly scrot itch!?
I was with friends during a movie and my balls started itching like mad!. I couldn't scratch until I got home!. EEEEK !!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most common cause of a really itchy scrotum is jock itch!.
It's caused by a fungus, and is usually treatable with over-the-counter medication readily available at any drugstore;
Cruex and Tinactin are to major brands!.
Once treated, it's a good idea to thoroughly dry the scrotum after showering, and wear loose underwear (boxers) during warmer weather to allow air circulation so that moisture doesn't build up on the skin!.

I've found that daily bathing w/ soap and water reduces this problem to a minimum!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
