To be completely honest, this is a question that would be better suited for a medical professional!. In the mean time, I google'd some information on the subject to help you!.
There is information regarding do it yourself methods but, again, I would speak with a doctor before you do anything!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ben,
No offense, but I suggest you wait until you're grown!. You can increase the amount of foreskin by stetching!. There was more removed than just foreskin and that affects your sensitivity more than the foreskin!. Even when you have the foreskin stretched, there is nothing to anchor it down!. It'll just scrunch up behind your glans!.
You can also cause problems if this is done incorrectly, and I mean more than just stretch marks!. I hope you'll wait until you're older to see if it's really a big deal to you then or if this is just a phase!. Eric's going to be here eventually telling you how great restoration is, but his situation is a lot different than yours'!. Once it's gone, it can't be put back!. Whatever you decide to do, I hope you give it a lot of thought!. Good Luck -Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry you were circumcmised that's very unfortunate, anyway, you may benefit from non-surgical foreskin restoration (stretching) there's loads of info online you can look up the "TLC Tugger" and also http://www!.norm!.org and here is a link to a blog of a boy your age restoring his foreskin: http://adamisrestoring!.blogspot!.com
You basically stretch your existing shaft skin until it covers the glans again, so your glans can get more coverage and become more sensitive, you never get back the nerve endings you lost though so it's not the same as a real one!.
You have to be careful not to hurt yourself but most guys report restoration is well worth it!.
there are also some restoring guys on here with info!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sorry buddy, it cant be reversed you have lost the special cells and nerves that created it!. Any surgical solution will inevitably be a inferior solution even if it can be done!. This is the kind of story that makes it so obvious how wrong circumcision really is!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There is no way to restore your foreskin!. Once it is gone, it is gone!.
The best thing you can do is accept how you are now, and if you have sons remember how you feel when it comes time to decide if they should be circumcised!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not possible
I am sure I will get a lot of low ratings for this but whatever, A lot of people in todays world are circumcised and if you ask any doctor, it is the healthier way to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I started restoring my foreskin in March of 2007!. I'm using the TLC Tugger, and am about halfway to my goal!.
Surgical restoration doesn't work--the skin they use is transplanted from the scrotum, and doesn't have any nerve connections to the penis, so there is no sensation in a surgically replaced foreskin----it's not a good idea!.
However, the stretching method is good!. It takes a couple of years, but the results are well worth it!. My sensitivity has increased tremendously, and orgasms are so powerful that I can hardly stand them; it's so much better than being circumcised!.
Restoration won't replace the nerve endings that were stolen from you when you were a helpless infant and they mutilated you, but it will make your penis more sensitive, it will improve your sex life and will also give you a more normal and natural appearance than the mutilated, scarred look of male genital mutilation!.
I have achieved full flaccid intermittent coverage in just over one year--that's a little faster than most of my fellow restorers, but if you are persistent, you can achieve a new foreskin!.
You can start by manually tugging the skin, I have several acquaintances who've achieved really good results by manually pulling the skin out every day, several times per day!.
Eventually, you can get a device, I reccommend the TLC Tugger, but you are too young yet to get one, and you may need to stretch some skin out before you get a device for it to really benefit you, anyway!.
Restoration is the best thing that I've ever done for myself; I reccommend it to any fellow victim of male genital mutilation!.
A foreskin is not a birth defect; it is a birthright!
p!.s!., you may want to look into the possibility of bringing a lawsuit against the doctor/hospital that perpetrated this on you; in some states you can do so until the age of 18-21 or so!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is a medical procedure that can only be done by a doctor, you'll need to go and speak to your doctor about it!. Why do you want it back anyway!? You can do fine with or without it, it doesn't really make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If there are heart transplants!.!.!.why not foreskin transplants!? What you should do is inquire who is about to convert to Judaism and get a circumcision, and then you could get his after it has been removed, since he'll no longer be needing his!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Why would you want your foreskin back!? That's nasty!. And no, unless there's some retarded plastic surgery, you can't put the foreskin back on!. I don't know why you would want to!.!.!.!?!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
foreskin is very unsanitary!. it's wonderful that you are uncircumsizedWww@Answer-Health@Com
