It can it would depend on a couple conditions though!. The weight and tire pressure of the car, the surface you're on and the kind of shoes you have on!.

haha thats funny because just the other day my dad did it to me but no it didnt break my foot!. it just bruised it pretty bad and for the rest of the day i couldnt walk on it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
