Daily routines for healthy body?!

Question: Daily routines for healthy body!?
What should the daily routine for a 16 year old boy be!? Currently I'm doing 30 push-ups, 45 sit-ups, 90 up and down weight lifts (5lb ea hand), 15 sit and reach for each leg and 30 sit and reach with both legs!. Should I increase any of these or add a new exercise (If so please tell me what)!?Also I'm planning on adding a running routine but how long should I run for!? It'll be great if someone my age can give me their routine or suggest what I should do!. I'm currently 5'5" and weigh 120lb!. Any exercises that might increase my height!? Cause I feel very short!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The exercise you are doing appears to be quite sufficient!. Better avoid running!. Please see that you practise relaxation after each exercise!. No specific exercise to increase the height please!. However as you are only 16 there may be many chances for your growth in height!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

everything your doing is great, but you shouldn't lift weights so young, because you will stay 5'5 forever!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i am 19 and every now and then my sister and i will do laps in the pool doing different things, it helps alot and it feels good to be able to streatch and get that excercise, however for a young man such as yourself it sounds like you are doing fine, but i would worry about straining a muscle, or stressing them out to much! so to avoid that i would jog a little and streatch before you do anything, this will loosen up the muscles so they can be more flexable!. and mabey in the evening go bike riding with some friends, mabey like a mile to start out with! i hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
