i agree with the others; you probably don't have a third testicle but instead a mass!. this is pretty serious man and you need to see a doctor!. try to get an appointment with a urologist, that's a physician that specializes in this sort of thing!. you don't want anything serious to happen!. cancer can affect people of all ages so go get it checked outWww@Answer-Health@Com
