if u are talking about the chicken pox shot, it will last forever!. you can be tested 10 years from now and they would be able to tell if you have been vaccinated or not!. i was check and was told i had not been and i thought i did as a child, but i was wrong and had the shot less than a year ago, actually two shots a month apart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
