Ive had this for a bit now,It can get a bit sore if you touch it,Its a small red spot with yellow in the middle

IF you're sure it's an ingrown hair AND you've had it for a month:
Clean it with alcohol; the alcohol is going to burn because your scrotal skin is so sensitive!. Get a sharp needle and gently lift the hair out from under the skin!. This will also release the pus/infection!. Clean it again with alcohol, then apply a triple antibiotic like Neo-sporin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
