I don't see why this is even an issue!. Shallow people will be judgmental and predisposed to saying "I like it cut because it looks better and is cleaner," ( A penis is as clean as the man it's attached to, not whether or not it has a skin attached) simply because looks are all they think about, while those with more sense will be accepting of all guys no matter how their penis looks, as they will have the sensibility to know that they are in love with the man more than the penis!.
