i have been working out for the last 5 days and today, my body does not feel like it is in the mood to workout,

absolutely!. your muscles need a break to repair and become stronger!. it is very normal to take even 2 non-consecutive days off from working out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
its a good thing you could even take up to three and they don't have to be right after each other you could take a break on monday and friday or whatever you want its really the only way to work out because when you work out you rip you muscles and those days off from working out with repair them and make them bigger / stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes! Definitely take a break!. You shouldn't work out the same things everyday because that can damage your muscles!. Take a few days off (not three though because it takes only three days to get out of shape)Www@Answer-Health@Com
