my biceps are alot bigger than my triceps any help!?

you definitely need triceps, your triceps are about 65% of all your arm muscle!. do bench press, followed by dips,close grip pushups (i recommend investing in the Perfect Pushup, it really work for me)and skullcrushers!. there are also plenty of machines to use to help your triceps!.
skullcrushers-get a barbell of some kind, use as much weight as you want, lie on your back and hold the barbell just like you do in bench press, and lower the barbellto your head, bending your elbows, then coming back up again!.(do 3 sets of 10)Www@Answer-Health@Com
