I have a partial tear of my urethra on the inside of my manhood. I have a questi!

Question: I have a partial tear of my urethra on the inside of my manhood!. I have a question about healing!?
Long story short!. Accident on mountain bike and I hit the bar in front of the seat 3 times!.

My pelvis hurts just thinking about it!.
Anyway I have a partial urethral tear and it doesn't hurt; its stopped bleeding at the moment unless I laugh really hard for a long time and I can pee with only a little discomfort that lasts about a minute afterwards!.

The urologist said it should heal on its on but he said I should take it easy!. So I'm taking it really easy; I haven't left the house (and i don't plan on it) and I try not to bend over too much or do anything that requires a lot of muscle strength like lifting!.

How long will it take to heal do you think!?
I'm going back next tuesday for a follow up I guess!.

He said it should heal by itself but it might scar and constrict the urethra or something like that and i might have to get surgery years down the road!.

Is there anything I can do or anything I shouldn't do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You're doing everything right!. Minimize movement!. Use this opportunity to catch up on back episodes of Love Boat!. Or, you know, whatever your favorite show is!. You're almost healed, so that's a good sign!. You probably have about a week left, maybe more, until you start to feel normal again!. Obviously, you should avoid erections, ejaculation, crouching, lying on your stomach or really anything that puts pressure or strain on your penis!. I'm really sorry about your accident!. I'm a girl and even my crotch hurt after reading that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
