Ice baths?!

is it a good idea to take ice baths after very intense training sessions!?
i do German Volume Training
what i'm asking is if cold water recovers damaged/hardworked muscles more than hot waterWww@Answer-Health@Com

hot water is better!. hot water would get your blood moving more effiencent and move the lactic acid, soreness, away from your muscles and out of your system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cold would reduce swelling!. only time allows the torn muscle tissues to recover!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
