when you lift weights it breaks and tears apart your muscles and it needs a day to build up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Every other to give your body a chance to rest and recuperate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would do everyday but don't do so many if you do 20 do 10 each day just as an example
