Is there hope for a normal sex life, with and erection after a robotic prostectomy where the nerves were not damaged that supposedly allow an erection!? my boyfriend is 45 years old and had a robotic protectamy 8 weeks ago and cannot get any form of an erection he has tried viagra, cyalis, etc!. nothing works is there any hope!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends if the surgery spared the nerves!. His surgeon should have discussed this with him!. If the nerves are bruised but intact, they will heal, but that can take months!. If they were cut, then they will not heal, and the damage is permanent!.
Have him talk with his surgeon about what happened in the surgery!.

8 wks really isnt that long!. your body takes a long time to recover and repair after surgery!. i wouldnt give up hope yet!. of all things, nerves are the hardest to heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
