Exercises for your neck?!


Question: Exercises for your neck!?
Are there any exercises I can do to get a bigger neck!.!.!.I don't like mine, i feel like its too small for my head :( lolWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
lay on your back, arms by your side!.
Lift your head 1 inch from the floor!.
Hold for 30 seconds!.
Repeat for 3 reps!.

Stand up straight and put the backs of your hands on your forehead, palms forward!. Push/resist for 10 seconds!.
Lather, rinse, repeat :)

Work Traps!. the muscles between your neck/shoulder (actually on your upper back but it shows)

Have you ever tried "shrugs"!. Its pretty much what it sounds like!. You stand up straight ,hold a dumbell in each hand, and just raise your shoulders like you are shrugging, then bring em down!.
You will definetly start to feel it in your neck and shoulder area!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
