Question: Slight pressure in mid sternum!?
sometimes the middle of my sternum feels tight!. It does not hurt just discomfort!. It has been happening for a day and I am getting worried!. btw i am 16Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well I know of two possibilities!. One; you have a cold or are getting one, two; you have something stuck in your throat!. I had the same problem and then later (day or two) I got the flu!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Do you smoke!? That can happen if you've smoked too many one day!.
Otherwise, if you're prone to arthritis, this could be the first sign for you!. Your chest can actually get arthritic!.
