What you are seeing is the secretion from Cowper's glands!. It is quite normal to get this when you have an orgasm in the early stages of puberty!. It is a lubricant for the urethra (pee- tube) and changes its acidity to make it sperm friendly!. Normal adult semen is white because this is the color of the fluid secreted from the prostate!. The sperms are added to this and then the whole lot is ejaculated!.
