Building up muscle?!


Question: Building up muscle!?
I have 2 dumbbells when I raise and lower my arms with them I have to stop at about 35!. I want to build up a bit of muscle over the summer holidays what can I do and how long will it take to get noticeable resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

ok 35 is way too many!.!.!. do you have more weight!?

the way to build fast muscle is with low reps heavy weight, so ideally you want to be using a weight that you struggle with and can barely manage 4 to 6 reps!. if your doing 35 your muscles wont grow as much as its more endurance training so your body adapts to this by not giving them much growth,

and to get noticable results will take a couple of weeks when you start out muscle grows really quickly so you will begin to see small muscle and understand your muscles betetr within this time, however they wont be big eventually they will slow down in growth and it is really hard to get huge muscles!.

i have been working out for just over a year now and i started out like you doing about 50 reps until i learned that was too many and it wasnt helping, have been working out properly for 6 months and have decent muscle definition but they arent huge, if you want to get massive expect to be working out for years!. you can do it faster with steroids but they are naughty!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are wasting your time with high repetitions!. You need to pyramid you weight lifting!. On your third set, your dumbbells should be of sufficient weight that you reach failure around the 8th repetition!. When you can do ten reps you bump the weights up!. You should get noticeable results in 2 or three months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Consistency is key!.!.!.!.!.and so is cardio - keep that in mind!.

Don't work out the same muscles daily - they need a rest and need to heal!.!.!.!.!.!.

Pushups (decline and others) are great for strengthening the core!.!.!.!.!.

if you want results, you have lift everyday 45 mins, bench press, military press, curls, tricept pull up, warm with lower weights -gradually then go heavy -you need a spotterWww@Answer-Health@Com

press ups all the way!. i started by doing ten!. now i do 40!. i noticed results in a week!. i do them everyday in the morningWww@Answer-Health@Com

get heavier weights and do fewer reps and so the movement slowly so the muscle builds up thicker sowing results of bigger muscles
