Question: How do increase the size of my arms in just 2 week!?!?
I am going on holiday in 2 weeks, and want big arms!. are there any tricks to speed up the process of bulk!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you mean biceps then simple bicep curls would do the trick!. Buy some dumbells and remember when you are deciding on what heaviness to get: you should be able to lift it, but after 20 or 30 curls, your arms should feel like they are burning (normal) Do as much as you can in one session and try to improve on that everyday!. If you're really serious, go to your local healthfood store and there should be plenty of supplements that make you recover faster!. If you constantly are doing some form of weights, and dont give your muscles time to rest, they dont grow, they have to adjust to the weight you are lifting!. Rest is just as important as the exercise itself!. So these supplements will help your muscles recover faster for the next work out!.!.!.

my friend 2 get big arms in 2 weeks, it will not be possible because u have 2 have at least a 24 hour break between muscle groups!. This being said 7 workouts will not even b enough to tone u arms!. however if u are committed ur shoulder can grow quick as all force is concentrated 2 them plus i can show u some top exercises 4 ur armsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You have to take steroid, ( which I would not recommend) and really exercise everyday ( push ups 100x, arm exercise, swimming by only using your arm!. Only recommended!. You can do more push ups than 100x) You might also get abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
