yea its definiely cause of puberty!. evertyhing gets sensitive and some things more sensitive than others!. like 4 me my nipples get hard easy but mostly like the head of my penis is most sensitive so i get erections all the time!. maybe for u its ur nipples that are the most sensitive!. its ok!. things are constantly changin durin puberty so for now u just have 2 deal with it but sometime soon they will probably just be normal and only get hard not so muchWww@Answer-Health@Com
