Help im trying to get fit?!


Question: Help im trying to get fit!?
Ok im a male, and 17 y/o, 5'9 and weight 158 i used to weight 270 but now weight 158 still see little fat im tryng to get to 145 i been trying like hell to loose it but had not lost a pound!!.!.!. whats going on im working out and eating good!?!.!.!. Im trying to weight that by aug 8th!!.!.!. any ideas really!? i eat 1000 calories a day while i burn 500!!. Also drink 3 protein drinks!?

1!.Is it true carbs are bad!? cereal, and bread etc!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well first of all thats damn impressive that you lost that much weight already!.

I think the problem is, that when you are that much overweight it is alot easier to lose weight, then it is if you are more slim!.
Your doing everything right if you are eating healthy and working out, it might just take longer!.

There are good carbs and bad carbs, thou carbs over all will usually cause you to gain weight!.
Good carbs - rice- wheat- type of thing
Bad carbs - white bread, pasta that type of thing!.

Try cutting soda out of your diet, I lost 10 pds that way, and try to avoid eating any prepackaged food, because of peservatives;)
