if u feel the base of ur nipple theres like some sort of ball in it, in mi left nipple the ball is prty big and in mi right nipple it is very tiny, i kno mi rite one is normal but mi left one stands out remedasly

Im not sure how old you are, but if you are going through puberty thats kind of natural, and it will go back once your done!.
If your older then that, it could be a sist, or a fatty deposit, if you are really worried about it, have it checked out by a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
