Question: Im 13 nd need to lose weight and tone up -*10 points for best answer*-!?
im not in good physical condition and i need to lose weight and tone up abit!. i get abit of s**t at school about it, does anyone know any good ways to lose weight relatively quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well first of start out slow!. start exercising a little bit each day and then gradually as you feel u can exercises a little longer each day!. one day jog for ten Min's next day 12 Min's!. but don't force yourself out of your limits!. start dieting on better food choices such as your everyday fruits and vegetables!. in stead of snacking on junk food like chips and popcorn have a nice apple or pear!.and instead of drinking sugar fluids like soda and highly concentrated juices try drinking mainly water!. my teacher lost over 100 pounds in a year by just changing his life style!. also make sure you emotionally never give up so make sure your friends and family help u through this and they can participate as well to help encourage your spirit!. and at least your 13 and have a lot of time to change the direction your life is currently heading!. finally if u do all this it will be relatively quickly and in the mean time just try not to pay attention to the kids who tease you!. hope this helped your neighboring teenagerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Last summer, I lost 20 lbs!. in one month!. All you gotta do is eat less, eat lots of fruits & veggies, and get out and MOVE!
