If you are any thing like me you will not gain weight unless you start building musle!. (dont go overboard it can be unhealthy!.) The only time I have gained weight is when I was busting my but doing something hard!. When i stopped I lost weight even though I didnt stop eating!. By working out or working hard it maded me eat more because I needed the energy and instead of being wasted while I slept it went into building the musles I was using!.

Eating right will make you feel better and if you are working hard make it easier but really it doesnt matter what you eat until you are like 25-35 depending on your family history!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You dont want to eat alot of protein, the atkins diet works that way and I have seen people lose literally 75lb in a summer!.
If you want to gain weight, you want to eat at least 200 carbs a day, and at least 50g's or protein!. Protein powder is great, you can get in over 100g easy in one drink!. If you want to get the most out of it, fill the cup halfway with warm water to disolve the powder, it will completely disolve and youll still have half a cup!. Then add ice, cold water, and whatever flavoring you want!. You will also want to start working out!. Dont worry about weight, worry about doing enough reps so that you really feel it in your muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

LOTS of meat -- steaks, hot dogs, brats, eat untul you feel stuffed then once you feel hungry again, eat more!. Don't eat things like burgers, shakes, fries, candy, or pizza, because those are high in fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat pure chicken without the greece on it its bad for you!. if you eat high in protein foods tuna,chicken,oat meal it could help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Steak, fried chicken, burgers, cake, french fries, etc!. Be lazy if u dont mind gettting fat! Eat a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com
