Skin burnt?!

Question: Skin burnt!?
Okay, well I've been using this product called tea tree oil, it is supposed to help acne!. So, when i woke up!. The area where i applied it (on my chin) had black skin around it and it was very sore!. I could barely tighten the muscle without it hurting my mouth!. So, i got a hot towel and put it on the area and rubbed the "burned" skin off!. Then i put more neutrogena on!. did this cause more irritaion!? i thought it did so i cleaned the area with cold water and dove soap!. (i usually use dove to clean my face) i have discontinued use of the tea tree oil, but my skin looks horrid!. will it always!? the hair that used to be there isint anymore!.!.!. will it grow back!? how can i stop the skin irritation!? the area is red now and sore!. please help!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
never put lotion on broken skin!.!.use neosporin or some other antibacterial cream!. sometimes a bad burn may cause halopecia(loss of hair)!. discontinue the tea tree oil!. no soap on that area until it heals cool water and neosporin only!. it will heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
