Spots on your penis can be lots of things and might not necessarily be because of dirty hands!.

That sounds very unlikely to me -- more likely to be an obsessive concern or a neurosis than a real danger!.
By way of anecdote -- I've masturbated every day I haven't had sex since I was 13 years old except 5 when I was in the hospital for a neurological incident -- I've never had a problem or an infection as a result!. Neither has any other male I know, all of whom masturbate at least daily when not having sex!. None of us, myself included, wash our hands very often, except when showering -- I certainly normally don't -- although if I were going to wash my hands in the bathroom I would do it BEFORE touching him, not afterwards -- as I don't p*ss on my hands, and he's very clean, being inside my pants and all!.
Spots do occasionally occur on the penis (as in acne) but they go away in time!. Likewise, jock itch and similar things do happen -- but have NOTHING to do with masturbation!.
Again, I suspect you are over-worrying!. Just enjoy your penis and have fun!. That's why its there!.

That's a good question!. Although I tend to think not!. Your penis is just like any other part of your body, and it isn't extremely sensitive!. So would rubbing other parts of your body cause spots and whatnot!? I doubt it!.
