How can I gain 10 more pounds?!


Question: How can I gain 10 more pounds!?
when i was 14 i stopped growing and weighed 117, by the time i was 17 i was 150, when i turned 18 i was down to 140, and now that i'm 20 it has always gone up and down between those two, also I haven't gotten much stronger on the whole since I turned 17, so what I'm asking is how i can gain weight and get stronger because although I work out alot, i haven't been able to get that much bigger!.!.however I want to stay thin, I just want to be a little more muscular, i don't want to be 1 of those really big guys
I can bench a plate about 16 times and I can bicep curl dumbbell 40s about 6 times, i don't do much legs, but am starting to do more!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat foods that have a fair amount of protein and carbs!. Avoid overeating at just dinner for example, try pacing your meals out (its generally healthier if you are going to start increasing your calories) Dont eat fat foods to gain weight, worst idea possible!.

Do exercising that are known to "build" muscle not "lean" muscle!. For example you should do power bench pressing, which would generally consist of more weight and intensity than repetition!. More weight would build muscle, while repetition tones it!. Just be careful not to overdo it and get injured!.

I hate bench pressing!.!.!.!.moving on!. My brother was really skinny and needed to work out for football!. So my dad helped him weight train, you know curling, arm curl, leg curl, bench press, and other stuff(which isn't important)!. But he also used some type of bulk powder formula to help you gain muscle faster!. It seems to have really helped him out!.

It still takes a while to build muscle but either it looks like it has helped him(not versus me of course, my size and strength difference is just too much)!. Any way forgive me but I really don't know the formula powder stuff he uses but you get the idea!.
Another option is increase your reps in what ever area you want to look more muscular!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
