The other posters seem to know more about this than I do!. All I know is that once when I caught a chicken virus (from eating poorly cooked chicken), I got so sick that I couldn't retain anything!. I lost about 10 pounds in that week!. Not that I'd recommend contracting a virus!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it depends!. if u dont eatanything than about 5-6

if ur working out (lifting weights, running, exc!.) and just starting than none

if uv been working out for 2 weeks 1 or 2

if uv been working out for a wile than 3-5
