I'm 13 14 on febuary 6 my voice?!

is annoyingly high I am in puberty when will my damn voice break I think I might go insane my voice us slightly lower I think and I do haveasoar throat alot now I may be wrong but I think it has cracked once or twice but that may just be phlegm I coughed for awhile and it got back to normal but I couldn't feel any phlegm soo urge is there anyone who can estimate or knows when my voice will break or give me a way I can estimate or a site that can if I haclve more info yes I have some hair growth u know in that place LOL so anyway uh help PLs uh thanks in advance ps I think this is the right catergoryWww@Answer-Health@Com
