Question: I have hypospadias and its one inch away from the tip of my penis!?
My penis is only 5 inchs long!. When I come in my girl it comes right back out of her!. Is the semen not get where it needs to go to get her pregnant!? is my penis not long enough!? Can I have kids!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

5 inches is about average and definitely enough for sex and pregnancy!.!.!.
You do realise when all guys ejaculate in the girl most of the semen comes out!? There are still millions of sperm swimming around inside!. If there's any semen inside her at all then pregnancy is a possibility!.!.!.remember people get pregnant even withdrawing and stuff!.!.!.
If your hypospadias is causing no problems then it's probably not an issue!.!.!.
If you guys are having problems conceiving though and it's been a long time then you should see a specialist, one or both of you may be infertile for other reasons!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can have kids!. Your Urologist ( Doctor specializing in the urinary tract, penis, urethra where the urine and semen come through and prostate, bladder,testicles, kidneys etc!.)can be helpful with suggestions!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.maybe like surgery but I wouldn't jump to that conclusion!. Probably just have to experiment with positions and depth of penetration when orgasm occurs!.
I seriously doubt if this is needed but you could save sperm in a cup, use a syring and insert into the vagina as a last resort!. They do this with low sperm count men usually under the supervision of an Ob,GYN female doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
