OK well I'm just out of that age group (but only just) and I say intact (not circumcised) though it depends on the girl or where she's from!.

Well it depends where you live!. Most of the world is uncircumcised!. It is mostly done because the person is Jewish or Muslim!. If you are in the USA 70% of men are circumcised!. Though the rate of circumcision differs across states!. In California about 20% of men are circumcised currently!. The rate of circumcision today for newborn babies is about 55% but it used to be higher - like 85%!.
Circumcision is a bad thing though!. Circumcision only became widespread in the USA when doctors said it should be used to prevent boys from masturbating!. This was in the late 1800's:

Before then, it was only done to Jews!.
The foreskin is THE most sensitive part of the penis!. Without it, it doesn't work properly: it lessens the sensitivity, makes it harder to masturbate and makes sex less enjoyable for the woman:
