Bright colored urine?!
Question: Bright colored urine!?
This is a bit embarrassing however curiosity always kills my cat!. After being a long time soda drinker I've quit in an effort to stay healthier, I switched to drinking only water with the occasional green tea!. I'm also eating healthier too!. Now when I urinate my urine is an extremely bright yellow color!. I mean!.!.!. It's almost glowing!. If you didn't know what it was it would seem quite magical!. Is this something to worry about or is it just my body expelling the junk that's built up over the years!? Thanks Yahoo Answers community!Www@Answer-Health@Com

usually brighter yellow urine indicates you need to take in more water!.!.
So it should really be the other way round if thats what you drink now!.
Maybe it is just your body getting rid of the junk from before!.

If you are taking a lot of vitamins and other supplements it also has the tendency to make your urine more yellow/bright colored!.
It usually means either
(a) You are taking multi-vitamins or getting a lot of nutrients in your body somehow!.

You can try all you want but the basics are this if you are passing very yellow you are not taking in enough fluid!. Many soda drinkers who change face this as really they do not drink as muck because they miss the taste of soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, something is definitely wrong here!. Maybe you should have your doctor check it out or something!. If you drink only water, with occasional green tea, your urine should mainly be clear!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
your urine is concentrated because your not taking in enough water (if you take in more water your urine will become clear because of the dilution)Www@Answer-Health@Com
