Yes you will have more hair up their in the pits!. You are 13 so your puberty is in progress!. I would say by 14 you should have more!. It also varies because men have different amounts!. As it goes on you will have more and more hair!. Oh and don't think your question is dumb!. It is normal to wonder about these things!.

I didn't start to get heavy armpit hair untill 15!.!.!.!.
